Marketing Committee

Mandate: To develop and ensure the implementation of effective marketing, public relations and international communications programs as well as to oversee the fundraising initives of the Association.

Responsibilities include:

to develop and implement a marketting plan which will include all fundraising and sponsership activities
to determine annual membership catagories and fees and to identify appropriate and timely fashion
to assist in the development of oter media releases when required
to ensure that a regular newsletter is compiled and distributed
to assist clubs in local promotion and organization of a media package to be available to their local media
to assist in the promotion of national/divisional events hosted in the province
to develop an annual budget for the area for submission to the Finance Committee
to perpare a written report to the AGM which summerizes the activities of the Committee for the year
